Why Interaction Design anyways?
For me, it all started when I was growing up.
Moving between 9 cities
in 5 countries
spanning 3 continents.
Three icons depicting different ways of seeing
Three icons depicting different ways of thinking
Three icons depicting different ways of learning
Three icons depicting different ways of perceiving
...leading to problems in the way we use things.
I've learned that certain things can help remedy these problems, making us feel better regardless of our differences.
because who wouldn't like being on the receiving end?
that keep us hooked to the very last page
Things that work
the way they should.
Through a research driven design process,
I want to make things better for everyone.
By designing interfaces that gift users & deliver beyond expectations
By telling stories through narrative & content to engage viewers
And by building interactive systems that work.

What is Cultivate?
Cultivate is the grad project of a team of students - including myself - from the Emily Carr University of Art and Design. Our goal is to design a system for building food growing gardens in orphaned spaces.
Through these gardens, we want to connect urban dwellers to the idea of where their food comes from, and also to plan educational & social events. Based on the sharing garden model, most of the food is donated to local social ventures.Visit our Website
Web Design • Branding
The purpose of this project was to re-design a promotional strategy for corelam; a corrugated wood product made by an instructor at ECUAD. Assigned to our class, my role was to build a website that placed an emphasis on the three different applications for the product (soundcore, piececore, and mobilecore).Visit Website

An Interactive Infographic
A collaborative project with my good friends Cody Jones and Sabrina Ng - Our finished "info-webographic" is part of a bigger social media statistics assignment taken on by ECUAD design students for Vision Critical.
With a quirky visual narrative, our vision was to create more impact for the viewers by telling a story with the numbers.
